Within the scope of the "Children of Today, Engineers of Tomorrow" event organized by Faculty Member Dr. Eda AKMAN AYDIN, the students of our department came together with the children on the occasion of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which the founder of our Republic, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, presented to our children as the assurance of our future.
At the event held at Keçiören Martyr Mustafa Avcu Imam Hatip Secondary School on April 21, 2022, our students Ümmühan KOCAOĞLU, Elif Aleyna GÜR, Şevval EKERBİÇER and Sena TETİKDUR taught the children electrical electronics engineering, robotics, algorithms and coding under the name of "Algorithm and Robotic Coding Training". provided relevant training. In the trainings, the children carried out practical experimental studies with robotic coding sets. While sharing the enthusiasm of April 23 with the children in the event, it was also aimed to provide children with the opportunity to get to know the engineering profession, to have knowledge about electrical and electronic engineering, and to experience algorithm development and robotic coding applications by doing and living, thus raising awareness about science and technology to children.

He also drew attention to the importance of education that starts at an early age in the fields of science and technology for children to gain vision.
